Our arbitration team is qualified to manage complex and substantial arbitrations worldwide and is well versed in the associated enforcement and court proceedings. The team combines technical knowledge with business orientation, creating efficiency in executing such assignments.
Bernard is a Senior Partner at the firm and the current President of the East Africa Law Society. He is a certified PPP specialist with over 10 years experience. Bernard went into private practice having spent close to nine years working as Legal Advisor with the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, first as a Legal Counsel with the Privatisation Unit and thereafter as a Legal Advisor with the Department of Project Analysis and PPPs.
Moses is a Senior Associate with the firm. He has extensive experience in real estate, banking and finance matters. He advises commercial banks on security documentation and is routinely involved in drafting loan agreements, charges, mortgages, guarantees, debentures and other reviewing and advising on offer letters, drafting charges, mortgages, guarantees, debentures and other security documents. Moses also advises on regulatory aspects of banking law.
