Christopher’s practice is focused on the intersection of law, finance and technology. He was most recently the Legal Counsel and Company Secretary of Financial Sector Deepening Uganda.

Previously Christopher served as a Senior Legal Manager at American Tower Corporation where he supported on all aspects of ATC’s commercial, legal and regulatory affairs. He began his legal career as an Associate at a leading firm in Uganda.

Christopher was the Co-Chair of the Uganda Communications Commission’s Working Group on Infrastructure Sharing that developed the Draft Guidelines on Telecommunications Infrastructure Sharing in Uganda. He also served on the In-house Lawyers’ Committee of the Uganda Law Society.
