Moses is an Associate Partner with the firm. He has extensive experience in real estate, banking securities and finance matters.

He acts for commercial banks in Uganda on security documentation and is routinely involved in drafting loan agreements, charges, mortgages, guarantees, debentures and other reviewing and advising on offer letters, drafting charges, mortgages, guarantees, debentures and other security documents of varying amounts while also rendering advise on certain regulatory aspects.

Moses has also advised on a proposed Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract and an Equipment & Supply contract between a government entity and a foreign contractor. This particular assignment involved an extensive review of the proposed EPC contract, drafting and negotiating relevant clauses with the foreign contractor.
